The Pancetta Pie
This pie is a masterpiece of simplicity and flavor. A base of melty mozzarella is layered with crisp pancetta and sweet, roasted grape tomatoes, then topped with shaved Parmesan for a salty, nutty bite. A drizzle of balsamic glaze and a sprinkle of fresh basil finish it off with the perfect balance of savory, sweet-tangy, and fresh. Created exclusively for Sgt. Pepperoni's by Luis Hernandez. Crafted with a rich crème fraiche base, premium mozzarella, crispy bacon, creamy ricotta, fresh garlic, and a zesty kick of Frank’s RedHot sauce, this dish is elevated with a finishing touch of clover honey drizzle and fragrant chopped parsley. Antipasto Salad

Freshly chopped Romaine lettuce topped with our house-made croutons, shredded parmesan, and a pinch of black pepper. Served with our signature Caesar dressing on the side.
House Salad
Mixed Greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, house-made croutons, mozzarella, pepperoni, pepperoncini and finished with salt and pepper. Served with your choice of dressing.
